1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Crab Guy NJ website and pre-order platform operated by Neil's Crab Business ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Pre-Orders and Payment

By placing a pre-order you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Clover POS. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable tax.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, supply issues). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

4+ days before event: Full refund issued within 3–5 business days.
1–4 days before event: Refund at owner's discretion. Contact us at (609) 381-0828.
Under 24 hours before event: No refunds available.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

4. Order Pickup

Orders must be picked up at the designated event location during event hours. We will send an SMS when your order is ready. Unclaimed orders after the event closes are non-refundable.

5. Loyalty Program

Crab Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Referral Program

Referral credits are applied per our current program terms. We reserve the right to modify referral percentages and minimum order thresholds at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
